Are there objective reasons for religious belief?
It is difficult for me to imagine how some scientists scientifically justify the existence of God, but if by god we mean a certain spiritual being who lives in an immaterial world, then it is basically impossible to prove or disprove his existence. There are simply no objective reasons for this. The only visible reason for the divine existence is faith. Representatives of all religious movements recognize that the path to knowledge of God lies only through the "holy scripture". Scientists of the" average hand " apparently forgot that religious faith implies a clear adherence to a system of certain principles and dogmas, as well as an exceptional belief in the existence of something immaterial. In this respect, all religious teachings are fundamentally contrary to common sense. Hence the popular scientific creationism in religious circles. But those scientists who do not forget to be guided by simple logical laws in everyday life do not believe in anything. They either agree with something, reject it, or leave it in a state of uncertainty until their subjective experience is sufficient to draw some more or less adequate conclusions. In this regard, a scientific approach to such "burning" issues of our time seems to be the most legitimate. In general, speaking about modern society, such a society cannot be civilized, since the overwhelming majority of it is made up of uneducated and illiterate people who have a tendency to unsubstantiated primitive thinking. At the same time, almost half of all the earth's resources are somehow controlled by less than 1% of the richest people. So who is really interested in ensuring that people who live by tradition and reason by authority continue to believe in universal justice? To date, science does not have any evidence of the origin of the universe and organic life on Earth. In this respect, modern science can only put forward various kinds of hypotheses. The only place where there are unshakable answers to questions about the origin of everything and everything is the "holy scripture". And if this approach to learning about yourself and the world around you still seems legitimate to someone in our time, then I want to wish you only success and strong faith. But the main question that interests me is whether there are objective reasons for religious belief and what are these reasons?
