  1. The method of training athletes is dictated by the peculiarities of the structure and development of muscle tissue, as well as the peculiarities of its blood supply during exercise. There is no muscle tissue in our brain, and the amount of energy it needs (and, consequently, the blood supply with oxygen) does not change much when we think hard about something from the state during rest. At least I haven't heard of anyone having a rapid pulse or shortness of breath from thinking about something serious. Based on this , the conclusion suggests that you should not take the methods of training the body for training the brain , you need to develop your own for it.
