Not in my dreams. It doesn't just happen. Usually from some kind of injury or malfunction of the body. The subconscious mind doesn't know anything until it has experienced it. The experience of a coma is hardly of any use, except for a few years of life cut out of your fate, which you could still suffer terribly, but be paralyzed, unable to say anything.
