  1. If “everything” means various things ( including recreation), then the simplest and most effective way is to start writing, which helps a lot. Sit down for 10-15 minutes and think through your entire next day, and then write down what you need to do and when. Then you will have a large amount of extra time. The main thing is not to be distracted from the plan. You can also plan for a week/month / year.
