For a quick study, it is recommended to start a “smart notebook”, which will record all the rules and musical terms.:
✔ Introduction to sheet music,
✔ introduction to the meter and rhythm,
✔ Introduction to note and pause lengths,
✔ getting to know intervals,
✔ introduction to the terms of muses.expressiveness.
If you mean reading notes from the sheet of a particular piece, then here is an approximate plan for conducting:
✔️cover the entire material with your eyes.
✔️determine the key, tempo, and presumably character.
✔️understand which keys are played by hands, key signs, and size.
✔️Perform the rhythm by tapping or tapping. Mark difficult bars.
✔️analyze the interval structure of the text. (How is the melody built-smoothly or in leaps? Are the tracking intervals narrow or wide?)
✔️View: Are there repeat signs, duplicate fragments?
✔️Embrace dynamic hues, strokes.
✔️outline appropriate fingerings.
✔️read the piece to yourself, imagine its sound with your inner ear.
✔️go to the game. When playing, “run your eyes ahead”, play carefully, think.

Good day to all!
If you want to quickly and easily learn the arrangement of notes on a sheet music stand, please pay attention to these posters. With their help, you can learn all the notes in one day, and without any rote learning. Each note has its own plot description, which makes it easy to remember the position of the note on the musical stand.
I learned to read sheet music while sitting at the keyboard and trying to find a melody from the notes. The first was ” You're still young.” It was quite difficult, but with about the third or fourth melody, chosen from the piano score, it was easier. BUT!!! At that time, I was already able to play by ear a simple accompaniment of the left and the main melody of the right.
To learn how to read sheet music, you need to remember where they are located on the sheet music stand. To begin with, it is better to learn the arrangement of notes in the treble clef, the so-called “Salt” key, which begins to be written from the second line from the bottom of the sheet music mill and shows the location of the “salt”note.
I have my own method of teaching music to beginners using the palm of my hand, which turns as if it were a sheet music mill. By learning small hint rhymes, you can quickly remember where the notes are located.
I advise you to watch a video tutorial that describes this technique in detail:

Find a solfeggio tutorial with practical tasks and answers. You will need to understand the difference between a treble clef and a bass clef (this is important if you want to read sheet music for piano, for example). Then you need to master the rhythm, different additions for semitones or pauses. You can also read the sheet music aloud, voicing all the symbols that you see on the sheet music stand.
