  1. At a deep level, everyone accepted the fact of death, but at the level of the survival instinct, they did not. So rather, the question is how to move from one level of understanding to another)

  2. In my case, it was like this:

    1) I have come to the conclusion by certain deductions that life as such is infinite, and that at death only the body dies, and the soul lives forever.

    2) My life position is that you should not worry about what cannot be changed.

    3) Why waste the time of your beautiful life thinking and worrying about death?

  3. Of course, it all depends on the opinion of the person himself… Faith, a life lived during the time that has passed. Moments, events, environments, and conditions. Everything depends on us and on what surrounds us.. I, for example, am a Muslim and I have never been stressed about how I will feel after death. I have friends who believe in the rebirth of the soul, which I don't. They often have stressful situations due to the thought that they will lose their relatives and start a new life where they will not have a family. It is very difficult for me to support them, because we have different ideas about life. Counter-question: “How to support people with thoughts that after rebirth they will lose everything, but “remember” past lives?”. There is no clear answer to your question, this has always been and will continue to be a problem for many, humanity will someday cross the line and the race of people will simply “end, be exhausted”. I think we need to listen to psychologists, dig into philosophy and finally hear the opinion of a large number of people. And also, you should try to look at the world in a different way, for example, to change your faith (but not everything can be so drastic).

  4. Well, let's start with the fact that when you die,you will absolutely not care about it. And for all your problems that you will have(were), and for everything, everything, everything.
In general, think for yourself why this question concerns you.
Are you worried that you won't be able to live a normal life?
This is a great incentive to start doing what you want to do.
Are you afraid of what will happen to the people around you?
In general, nothing, the world will continue to live its own life. Relatives and friends will worry, cry, and..continue to live your life. Well, the world doesn't revolve around you.
Are you afraid to miss something significant? After death, you will still not care about anything.
Anyway, there's no point in worrying about her.
    Seriously. You can't change that.
And no one can. Everything in this world has a beginning and an end. It's only natural.
You can only start doing what you like, what you want to do.
Live as long as you can. Well, death… it will come suddenly. I doubt you'll even have time to realize that this is the end.
So do something for yourself and think about how not to live your life in vain, because it is much more offensive.

  5. Nothing else surprises you? For example, the fact that you live. This is of course self-evident. Does death shock you, but life doesn't?

I don't have an answer to your question. But I think I was able to give you the right direction for thinking.
