I advise you to read literature on Time management and spiritual development, self-development, self-discipline and motivation. There are also good online courses on time management.
In a nutshell:
– Do not do unnecessary things, remove the eaters of your time.
– Set a clear goal and understand how to achieve it.
– Plan your day without fail. Make a plan for the day, week, month, 5 years, and so on.
– Set priorities to separate the important from the secondary.
– Don't waste time on something that doesn't move you closer to your goal or doesn't bring you pleasure.
– Overcome your own laziness.
– Engage in self-development and self-knowledge.
– Improve your well-being through sports and proper nutrition.
– Improve your sleep quality. It is the quality, not its duration.
– Don't watch TV. Generally. Don't read the newspapers. Don't waste your time.
And this list can be further deepened and expanded, if you only want to. You need a real desire!
I wish you success and good luck!
