As far as I know 7 hours, but in general it seems to me that each person has their own time, I need 6 hours to get enough sleep and feel cheerful, no more or less, if I sleep more/less than 6 hours, I feel constantly sleepy, I want to sleep. Experiment, go to bed every day at the time when you usually go to bed and set the alarm for 5-6-7 hours get up and leave if you still want to sleep after some time, it means a lot or a little time for your sleep(this is my personal experience, I did this)
