  1. Talkativeness, self-confidence, and courage can be achieved with regular training. In this case, communication with strangers can be very effective.

    There are exercises in which you either need to meet a certain number of people, or just talk to them for a while on neutral topics, so that it would be interesting for both you and your interlocutor (usually such conversations are called small-talk). Such conversations can be conducted, for example, with those with whom you were in line, with taxi drivers, with those who just follow you along the way.

    A more difficult task is to practice negotiations when you need to get something from the other person.
