  1. With surprise. Why dolphins? Why not monkeys? What is the basis of this decision?

They say dolphins are smart… I'm begging you! They're no smarter than horses or crows. Their huge brain helps them navigate through space using ultrasound. At the same time, it does not add intelligence. Here is an issue of the program “Everything is like animals” on this topic:

“Dolphins are one of the smartest animals in the world” is as much a myth as “humans only use 10% of their brain” or “GMOs are harmful.” Therefore, such a decision of the Hindus is surprising. What they were based on is anyone's guess.

  2. Everyone has their own cockroaches in their head.
So I personally have a twofold attitude.
On the one hand, the recognition of dolphins does not bring harm to anyone.
On the other hand, transferring cockroaches to the legislative field is somehow a little scary.
Still, it would be better if the country was run by sane people.
