  1. You can view the structure of the universe on different scales. The smaller the scale and the fewer explicit connections between elements of the world, the harder it is to predict their behavior. The universe is made up of field fluctuations. Imagine a knitted sweater. It consists of a single thread, on which many knots are tied together. If you pull the thread, you can dissolve all the knots. In much the same way, quanta — vibrations of the universe-are connected with each other, and make up the fabric of the material world. You can also imagine how two snakes are crawling and wriggling. Here, each snake is a quantum of the wave. If they are far from each other, they do not engage. If they crawl along a narrow corridor, they will start to push or stumble. So quanta can also cling to each other under certain conditions. We know several types of such threads-fundamental interactions: electromagnetic, gravitational, strong, weak.

In a sweater, all the loops are constantly in one place, but in the universe, quantum waves are constantly in motion. There is no quantum that stays in the same place for two consecutive moments. We won't even be able to calculate all the characteristics of a quantum simultaneously with absolute accuracy. If we know its exact position in space, we can only know the approximate probable speed at which it flies, and vice versa, if we know the exact speed, we can only outline the approximate area where this quantum is most likely located. This is due to the fact that we try to consider the quantum both as a particle and as a wave. This is the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. Since we can't calculate all the exact characteristics of a quantum at the same time, we can't fix the exact cause-and-effect relationships either. We can only calculate the probability of interaction of quanta.

What we used to think of as an empty universe is not really an empty one. In a physical vacuum, instantaneous vibrations — virtual particles-constantly appear and disappear. These are quanta that appear out of nowhere and disappear at the same moment. No one can predict where they will appear and where they will disappear. It turns out that the void is non-empty. The universe seems to breathe, constantly spontaneously produces fluctuations in fields. These vibrations can be detected, for example, if mirror plates are placed very close. They will start to attract each other at close distances. Due to the fact that there are fewer virtual photons between such plates than outside. There are fewer of them because photons are vibrations, and some of them oscillate so widely that they go beyond the boundaries of the gap between the plates. That is, it turns out to be an even more discharged vacuum than the usual vacuum in space. This is called the Casimir effect, after the discoverer.

These emerging virtual quanta can interact with ordinary quanta. For example, a photon can fly in a vacuum, a virtual particle will appear in its path, they will collide and break up into a pair of electron-positron particles, which will immediately annihilate and release a new photon. Therefore, the speed of light, which we consider to be the maximum, may not be absolutely maximum, since photons are constantly caught in virtual particles. We have not yet been able to verify this, since it is difficult to launch photons between the Casimir plates and calculate their speed. But scientists are already using vacuum fluctuations to generate random numbers.

All these examples show that the elements of the universe cannot be treated as billiard balls that are in a rigid cause-and-effect relationship. There are many different subtleties on small scales of consideration of the universe, which allow us to consider different states of the universe only as occurring with some probability. The more elements in the universe bind to each other, the easier it is for us to predict the behavior of such a lump of quanta. It's like if we were predicting the behavior of a single free ant, it would be difficult for us. But about the anthill, one could say with more confidence that it will not go anywhere and predict that in the evening the ant will most likely return to the anthill, since it is connected with it. Therefore, it is easiest for us to predict the behavior of large clusters of matter — planets, stars, and galaxies for many years to come. And even then it doesn't always work out. It seems that a supernova is about to explode, but it still does not explode.

If a person understands which things in life are harmful and which are useful, then he will be able to connect the elements in his mind in the right way. Then its behavior will become more predictable. Like the movement of a planet. A person will try to increase the probability of useful events and reduce the probability of harmful ones. Therefore, you need to train your mind, trample the right paths in your mind, so that in the future there will be more benefits. That is, you need to try to do everything useful that you have the strength and capabilities to do.

  2. The universe is a system that works according to the principle: cause-effect. We no longer blame the gods for our troubles, nor can we blame the universe. An attempt to put your life in the hands of fate will lead to fatalism, i.e., to a complete denial of personal responsibility, which, although partially, is possible.

A person should look at the philosophy of the Stoics: change your attitude to things, because it makes a person unhappy; start striving for those goals that are preferable and possible.

I can't (nowadays) completely change my genes and body, but I can take care of my health. I can't become rich and famous in a short period of time (there are exceptions), but I can set myself a worthy goal and go to it. In the language of M. Heidegger, you need to make your life authentic.

  3. The universe allows for all worldview positions for its researchers. Within the framework of each individual concept that reflects reality, its conclusions will be correct, since they are based on certain views of the authors, the methodology used by them, and so on. Are there any accidents in the evolution of the universe? Of course, there is. Is there any predestination – a certain scenario for the development of global events? Of course, there is. Why is this happening? Because within the framework of this system, the usual linear logic (Aristotle's logic) does not work, when one cause causes a certain effect. The logic of quantum mechanics is implemented. After all, the human consciousness itself works according to its algorithms (patterns). As many researchers as there are, so many models that reflect the structure of the universe and its evolution. Here are the Friedman models, and De Sitter, and Everett, and Linde, and Vilenkin, etc., etc. (if we consider the scientific approach). And at each stage of knowledge, more and more new concepts, hypotheses, and ideas will arise that have both a scientific and philosophical-ideological character. This is the process of cognition.

  4. The mistake of many big physicists is that they assume randomness to be a fundamental reality. Our knowledge of what might happen in the future is truly probabilistic. And that's what quantum mechanics tells us. The reason for what will happen in the future and our knowledge of that future are not the same thing. Randomness is a measure of our ignorance of some event-related causal chain. At the same time, we have free will within certain limits.

  5. If we accept that science correctly describes the physical world, then everything is deterministic. One of the main criteria of a scientific experiment is reproducibility, hence determinism directly follows.

For a person, determinism means absolutely nothing, since it is fundamentally impossible to accurately predict and change the future. This is proved from the opposite. Let's say you calculated the future using a supercomputer and changed it for the better, but this means that you didn't take this into account in the initial calculation, and therefore calculated it with an error. And this is a vicious circle.

  6. The question is formulated incorrectly: there is a false dilemma. Either absolutely everything is random, or everything is predetermined. The third situation – partial determinism – is not considered, but it is actually observed. It is obvious that quantum randomness exists and dominates at the level of elementary particles, otherwise experiments on testing Bell's inequalities would have shown a different result. But gauge symmetry and its equivalent to the law of conservation of electric charge and the laws of electrodynamics in general sets boundaries for quantum effects that normally do not go beyond the boundaries of atoms. Exceptions are rare and are observed in exotic states of matter and / or exotic experimental conditions.

  7. The question is extremely simple, it is not always possible to face such a question in life. And the answer is also simple, it lies in the fact that everything depends only on ourselves what kind of world it will be, as they say here, deterministic, or random. If we accept a position in which we agree that the effect that comes after the cause is random, then the world is random, and if we accept the position that the effect cannot be random existing in itself, but still determined by the cause, then the world is deterministic nowhere else and do not indulge.

  8. Randomness is an unknown pattern. Any phenomenon in life, regardless of whether it is the life of a savage or a scientific genius, as well as whether we, in fact, are in this world or we are not, everything has a cause and effect.

Apples accidentally fell on smart heads for centuries, until they fell on Newton's head. And after that, this fall was no longer an accident.

The evolution of consciousness and the progress of knowledge mining presupposes the gradual deletion of new and new laws that have already become a fact from the list of “randomness”.

  9. If we are talking about physics, then according to itEVERYTHING IS deterministic, EVEN RANDOMNESS.

Quantum theory does not deny regularity, on the contrary, it just states that randomness is strictly subject to the laws of quantum mechanics. Even physicists themselves are amazed at how accurately quantum mechanics describes the processes in the world of atoms and elementary particles.

The problem here is not randomness. Probability is just an interpretation of the wave function that describes processes in quantum physics. The last attempt to somehow stay in the classic visual representations. But few people know from the townsfolk that this applies only to its non-relativistic version. In relativistic quantum theory, however, all these concessions to the classical wave-particle interpretation become impossible. There already reigns matrix mathematics, the interpretation of which in the usual visual images is simply impossible to come up with. Physicists use concepts of internal spaces (such as spin, isospin, color for quarks) that have nothing to do with our space. Probabilities are certainly present there, but they are already interpreted as probabilities of transitions of quantum objects from one state to another, or as densities of currents and charges.

In general, the laws of physics have not gone away and will not go away, because they are the essence of physics itself. Only now they describe other parameters of the physical system that are not amenable to visual interpretation. That's all.

As for the freedom of human will, neither randomness nor regularity ensures this. After all, the pattern is physical, which means it determines all processes in the human body, including the work of his brain. What kind of free will is there? It's the same with randomness. For some reason, many people think that just randomness provides free will. So then the inhabitants of mental hospitals are the most free people 🙂 Within the framework of materialistic ideas, regardless of randomness or determinism, there is no place for human free will. Just like in religion, where everything is a manifestation of God's will. And if freedom of choice is provided for, then only before the trial, when the wrong choice will be punished forever. But this does not mean that there is no concept of a world where a person can have free will.

  10. If there were no determinism, then apparently there would be no such property of matter as memory and intelligence, since in order to predict the future result, stable causal relationships are required, that is, events must be deterministic.

  11. If being is created as a result of the Big Bang, then the amount of matter is determined in advance and forever. And this circumstance provides for the predetermination of all processes.

Quantum randomness essentially hides our ignorance of the nature of things. Whether they are a consequence of the current laws of nature or a man-made illusion, no one can say for sure. The reasoning leads to the conclusion that it is impossible to violate basic physical laws, such as the dependence of momentum on speed and direction. Otherwise, the world will fall apart.

Randomness creates the appearance of a new substance. Not a metamorphosis of the old, like the formation of a particle-antiparticle pair “from vacuum energy”. And the formation of “vacuum energy” from “nothing”. This is incompatible with the prevailing theory of BV.

  12. At the deepest level of fundamental physics (say, at the level of Planck lengths and times), EVERYTHING is deterministic. And it is this fact that gives us the strongest illusion that the world is ruled byHis Majesty's Case (including quantum mechanics). This paradox is the best (easiest) way to “model” the world of natural numbers (N = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,…), who studies number theory (the most complex branch of higher mathematics). So, every natural number N is a divisor of numbers that are multiples of it (1N, 2N, 3N, 4N,…). This leads us to the construction ofdeterministic Pyramids of divisors (see the link below). In this case, all integer divisors of sufficiently large singular numbers (for example, the number N = 6,746,328,388,800 has 10,080 divisors) will be best described by the formula of probability theory (the Laplace-Gauss formula, i.e., the formula of a normal distribution). 13. I think this answer will be a record short, on the verge of a foul, of course, everything in the universe is deterministic, aintz moment: the presence of fundamental physical constants (constants) at least, if the universe were governed by quantum randomness (fluctuations), then life on Earth would not exist!!!

  14. The randomness and determinism of processes occurring with objects in the universe depends on the size of these objects. For quantum objects, the uncertainty principle is relevant, which states that it is impossible to accurately simultaneously determine all the parameters of a particular object. And for macroscopic processes, uncertainty arises in complex multi-factor systems, which are often characterized by non-linearity of the dependence of the system parameters on the interaction of its parts. The problem of a complete description of such a system will be reduced to the problem of a complete description of all the parameters of all parts of the system, and this will ultimately be reduced to the description of microscopic, i.e., quantum objects, and there, as we have already found out, a complete ass. Weather forecasters, for example, use mathematical modeling with probabilistic prediction of results. That's why some people suggest: “Let's” hang up the weather forecaster”, at least the wind direction will show. ” This is of course a joke, but it allows you to correctly understand the complexity of both the question posed and the answer to it.

  15. initially, there was an inevitable beginning, and there will be an inevitable end. after the beginning, a single univariate plot occurs, but mortido and libido collide and the single plot splits into many plots, one of which you are. this distribution occurs randomly. but each plot also has its own world line, i.e. it is also deterministic. but this predestination we usually can not find out until we get (return) to Eden where we see all our life lines and not only our own in the future…

  16. Randomness and predestination are two extremes. In youth, they manifest themselves to one degree or another. The fate of a particular blade of grass or a particular person largely depends on “accidents”. The fate of humanity is determined by its existence. The conflict with the Biosphere of the kingdom of the Future Ham will continue (according to Merezhkovsky) and a sad ending is inevitable, as in many former civilizations. “Quantum randomness” can be interpreted in different ways, depending on the level of ignorance. In any case, the presence of freedom in the World is necessary. Otherwise, life is “an empty and stupid joke.”

  17. The answer to this can begin with: is it accidental, or is the desire to write these lines predetermined? If the former, then horseradish is sweeter than rare!!! And freeze in the Y position. And if the latter is the case, then thoughts arise correctly, smoothly and predictably. That's the whole answer.

  18. I don't know the exact answer, but I'll share what I don't know. “Everything in the universe” in the sense of ” Everything in the universe.” This is probably enough. Randomness and predestination are ideal categories. In reality, they manifest themselves to varying degrees. The fate of a particular blade of grass or a particular person is largely uncertain. The fate of humanity on Earth is determined by it itself (the conflict with the Biosphere will last – and the fate is sad, just like many former civilizations). “Quantum randomness” can be interpreted in many ways. A certain amount of freedom is always present in everything. Otherwise, life is “an empty and stupid joke.”

  19. Some things can be determined, but the world is still based on randomness. And just in a deterministic world, our decisions would not matter. So, the decision to observe light rather than black holes will give other visible effects and concepts. Also, directly for a person, determinism would imply some kind of true knowledge system that does not depend on a person, so what kind of free will could we talk about? At the moment, all laws have an approximation to the scope of application and accuracy, and we are responsible for the decisions made or not made of our own free will.

  20. Where the laws of transformative motion and those that preserve the transformed act simultaneously, there is no room for spontaneous disobedience to them. Matter is preserved in the form of matter, due to certain laws, that is, in the norms of known constants. If this were not the case, there would be no memory in Nature.

  21. Only a fool can think that everything happens by accident.
The essence of everything that happens in the universe is the Evolution of the Absolute.
It is guided by the Creator. At His command, clumps of primordial matter (prakriti) begin to form from protoprakriti in various parts of the infinite universal space. They then go through processes for a very long time, leading to the formation of conditions suitable for the life of organic bodies. At some stage, the transformation of tiny particles of proto-purusha into equally tiny particles of matter begins… Single-celled organisms are formed, then multicellular ones…
By directing the process of gene mutations, the Creator creates ever more complex organisms. Plants, animals, people appear…
The developing clots of purusha are embodied by God in organic bodies that are more and more complex and self-replicating through reproduction… Because of this, they grow in quantity, increasing in size, and their forms of life activity, including behavior, become more complex. Animals actively develop their emotional sphere, memory, and ability to think, including creatively… Some birds, for example, show amazing aesthetic abilities and ingenuity in building nests, miracles of care and self-sacrifice in protecting their offspring-people would like to learn from them!… The intellectual level of representatives of some mammalian species is already clearly higher than that of many people… including those who deny the existence of intelligence and the ability to love and suffer in animals…
We all, each of us, people, were in our personal past both plants and animals of many biological species…
Why do we live on Earth? What is the meaning of our lives?
In the history of philosophy, we know a number of unsuccessful attempts to find answers to these questions.
For example, the founders of existentialism argued that the life of each of us on Earth is just a ridiculous accident; moreover, none of us gave anyone our permission, consent — to live. They lamented this and saw only suicide as a worthy solution to this “ridiculous situation”.
    They were atheists.
And many modern believers in the existence of God do not ask themselves this question at all. They… only dream of earthly well-being and escaping hell after the death of the body… and what do you have to do for this? – it turns out to participate in various “religious” rites, repent of true and imaginary sins, and also “pray”, that is, first of all, beg for “salvation” from hell — from God or from the “gods” and “saints”invented by representatives of these confessions.
And this absurdity has always been actively promoted by the priests of such religious trends. They instilled in their “flock” the idea of God — as an evil Bogeyman who only does what punishes, and therefore it is necessary to be afraid of Him! And we, they say, the priests-we are your intercessors before Him: we “pray” for you and teach you how to “pray”correctly…
Why do I call this form of pseudo-religion absurd? But because, in fact, we, according to the Will of God, should PERFECT OURSELVES (as souls) in accordance with His Teaching-and not cry out to Him about our sinfulness! And not to beg before Him for “earthly” goods — but to strive to become “perfect, even as our Heavenly Father is perfect,” in the words of Jesus Christ!
Paradox: There is no DESCRIPTION OF GOD in the entire Bible. And, accordingly, there is not even an indication of where to look for It in order to realize that very consubstantiality with It…
The Creator (or God the Father, Primordial Consciousness, Ishvara, Tao, Allah, the Slavs called Him Svarog before the forced “baptism” — and so on, no matter in which of the human languages we call Him) – is the subtlest Part of the Universe, and it is the MAIN Part of It-INFINITE in size and ALWAYS existing.
It is a layer of the most subtle energies — it is God in the aspect of the Creator. It looks like an endless stretch of pure Light, similar to the light of the gentle and warm morning sun. It is the meaning and purpose of each of us..
The task of souls (that is, including each of us) is to advance in their development to the Original Consciousness, to the Creator.
In the end, Souls who have reached Perfection flow into the Creator, enriching Him with Themselves. Having settled forever in the Abode of the Creator, now living in Fusion with Him, becoming His integral components, They continue to work, helping other evolving souls. In the world of incarnate beings, They now manifest Themselves as Representatives of the Creator, also called Holy Spirits (or, collectively, the Holy Spirit).
This is the meaning of the existence of all Creation, as well as the meaning of our existence and the existence of all beings here!
What you are hearing now is not an “invention” of the speaker now. No: this is the knowledge that God has at his disposal, what the Divine Teachers — that is, the Messiahs and Holy Spirits-have always taught incarnate people and are teaching them now.
This was taught, among others, by Thoth-Atlantean (aka Hermes-Trismegistus in His next Divine Incarnation), and Pythagoras, and Krishna, and Gautama Buddha, and Jesus Christ, and the Divine Teachers of later epochs and our modern times. (This information is most fully presented in the book “Classics of Spiritual Philosophy and Modernity”).
A-the affirmation of standard prayers, in which adherents are inspired with confidence in their hopeless sinfulness and the inevitable reckoning for it-this is the way to go in the opposite direction from God and such a worldview is peculiar only to sects!

    Let's summarize.
After all, God is not somewhere out there,” in heaven”, far away! God is under every molecule of our bodies, on the other side of the world of matter. And He knows all our thoughts, observes all our emotions and actions…
And-makes decisions about our future destinies.
Moreover, it should be not only about violent violence, but also about all criminal acts, including bribery, extortion, theft, deception…
There is a process of evolution of souls sent here by the Creator for perfection on Earth.
But people have free will to choose their own path in life. There are those who develop in themselves the qualities recommended by God: first of all-tenderness, care, affectionateness, refinement.
There are others who cultivate aggressiveness, malice, and violence.
The former guarantee themselves paradise after disincarnation and-in the future-the next stages of knowledge of God and Merging with the Creator.
… Why don't we usually see It?
Because He is in a different spatial dimension. From there, He sees and hears everything that each of us does, says, and even thinks. All our emotions and desires are also visible to Him. Sometimes It interferes with them, as It does with the flow of our thoughts. More often, it doesn't.
He — most often-gives us free will. And — based on the right or wrong decisions we make-it makes Its own Decisions about our future destinies.
To learn how to make the right decisions, it makes sense for us to try to understand as deeply as possible the Process of Evolution of Universal Consciousness — and join in Its Flow. This is how we best connect our lives with the Life of God and come to Victory.
And such a result can be achieved only through developing yourself as a spiritual heart.
    Exercise for the Spiritual heart.
Try to imagine the morning gentle sun in the chest – and they shine, rays-hands caress and hug everyone you see!

  22. The only thing that I believe, a priori, is not accidental is the creation of conditions on Earth for the existence of the original flora and fauna and the possibility of further development, taking into account the appearance of homo sapiens.

  23. if a probability is represented by a law, is it random?. well, then just fill out the form of the answer form, so that the program algorithm will allow you to print the answer to the question.
