    You need to seize the moment and spend this energy on useful things: research some problems, make some devices at home, compose and play music, draw, communicate with girls. You need to do what you really love to do and what you want to grow in. (Sometimes studying isn't the most important thing)

    The main thing is not to let this energy go down the drain by doing garbage.

  2. My first thought was that I might have bipolar disorder. The main diagnostic sign of these diseases is a violation of the emotional state of a person. The disorder is called bipolar, because it is characterized by a change of opposite phases – it is like a swing that swings a person: from radiant joy to endless melancholy, from excess energy to complete exhaustion, from self-confidence to anxiety and self-destruction. The rhythm of this attraction depends on the physiological processes in the brain, and you can not control them – you can only treat or try to adjust.

My brain seemed clear, deliciously focused, ” American author Kay Redfield Jamieson recounts her experience of hypomania as a student in her memoir, A Restless Mind: A Biography of Moods and Madness.

    Hypomania (mild mania) is the most pleasant phase of the manic – depressive cycle. It is difficult to diagnose it as a mental disorder, because the patient himself perceives this state as a completely innocent influx of energy. He feels a powerful emotional boost, shows a keen interest in various topics. And most importantly, he is very motivated and ready for action. Why expect anything from life when you can take the bull by the horns right now?

    During this period, the patient is able to work intensively without feeling tired. But as hypomania gets closer to mania, side effects start to show up. The stronger the climb, the harder it is to concentrate on one topic: thoughts start jumping too fast in your head, interrupting one another. Unrestrained optimism and self-confidence also have a downside: a person gradually loses the ability to assess the situation sensibly.

    I will not frighten you, because after all, not every “energetic” person has bipolar disorder. However, this possibility cannot be ruled out, especially if you know about relatives who were ill with it. In the meantime, I can only envy:)
