  1. I agree with the previous speaker: on the night before the exam, it is very important to sleep, and in the morning – to eat, otherwise your poor brain will simply have nowhere to get energy and all the knowledge stuffed into it the day before will simply disappear. I can recommend drinking Eleutherococcus tincture on the morning of the exam (you can buy it at the pharmacy, 1-2 teaspoons per glass of water). this natural energy drink will help you survive the hassle and not miss anything important. if you are still going to teach all night, then, again, eleutherococcus will be a faithful and harmless assistant. good luck with your exams!

  2. Chocolates, they say, help (as in fact, I have no idea).

Personally, I think that it is better to just eat what you like in order to raise your spirits somehow and thereby cheer up. And, yes, on the night before the exam, it is better to sleep everything, because the most effective method of assimilation of information) If I don't sleep, I won't remember anything at all, and I'll be like a corpse. So, after such experiments, despite how many tickets I managed to read, I always try to get 4 hours of sleep (+time to fall asleep, otherwise it can be problematic because of the experience)
