  1. Most of the women who gave birth live like this. Not only do they wake up 2-3-4, or even more often times, but they also feed the baby for an hour. That is, they didn't just wake me up and then let me go back to sleep. The brain is forced to come out of sleep completely, and then quickly fall back into it. How does this affect the body?   2. Nothing good, but nothing bad either. Monks in monasteries live like this all their lives, getting up to pray several times a night. Probably there is little benefit from this, but, with a certain habit, it is not a problem.
