The bang theory is correct, even though I didn't believe Hawking when I learned the hypothesis. There is not relic radiation, there is charged water, mions, gluons, quarks, basons. The difference in the rate of expansion is explained only by the thermal effect on water.

At the same time, the speed of distance is uneven.The farther objects are from each other, the faster they move away.
