  1. Try buying a smart alarm bracelet. It works without sound, wakes up with vibration, which is why you always wake up. I use it and it seems much more convenient than an alarm clock. Another plus is that it doesn't wake up people who are overwhelmed, unlike an alarm clock.

  2. I solved the problem like this. I set the alarm to exactly the same tune as the call. Increased motivation not just to wake up, but even to look at the screen

  3. For a long time, I had the AC/DC song “She Likes Rock'n'roll” on my alarm clock . And I really love AC / DC. And the song did not start to annoy me, did not get tired, still rocked.

It turns out for me the answer was: I love, I'm rushing.

  4. A person is basically prone to addiction. We get used to the taste of seasonings and the food no longer seems too spicy, we get used to hot and can already safely drink hot tea, and in childhood we burned our tongue… Similarly, with the sound of an alarm clock, as soon as the stimulus becomes familiar (and therefore safe), the brain forms the command “do not react”. And we sleep quietly on.

I would not advise you to fight the habit. In this particular case, it's pointless. You need to fight FOR the motivation to wake up. Have you ever noticed that if you have something very long-awaited and pleasant to do in the morning, you wake up calmly? That's just it. Try to look for positive things in each next day, and maybe the situation will somehow return to normal?

And of course, the mode! If you go to bed in the early hours of the morning or work for years without a vacation, soon you will not even be raised by a herd of elephants. Yes, it's corny, but….. if you don't take care of yourself, who will?
