  1. It all depends on what time to go to bed and what time to fall asleep! The best sleep is from 20 to 24 hours, the rest of the time the sleep is not very “high-quality”. There are two phases of sleep – “fast” and “slow”. If, for example, you are woken up by an alarm clock during a “fast” sleep, then you may feel out of place all day. Apparently, this is because the brain processes the largest amount of information received during the day at this time.
