If you want to start studying philosophy, then I recommend starting with Paul Kleinman's book “Philosophy: a Short course”, which describes the main stages of the formation of thought, the development of different schools of philosophy and thinkers from the very first to modern times. Then you can already look at what period and school of thought hooked you. You will be able to easily navigate the philosophers and join the authentic works.
