  1. For example, to make it clear, you gave a task to a person to overcome an obstacle, he could not do it, You send him again to do it, he will do it in the same way that he has laid down in his consciousness., he will not overcome it again.
To complete it, you need to change the solution algorithm in your mind to another one.
In other words, move to another orbit of correct understanding.
In the writings of Einstein there is such an entry:- if you solve the problem all the time in the same way, you will always come to the SAME RESULT.
I EXPLAINED IT TO YOU IN A POPULAR WAY.

  2. Judging by this statement, Einstein understood the meaning of the word “problem”very well. In any case, his understanding is close to mine.

But the Yandex search was the first to give me this definition:

A problem is an obstacle to achieving your goal. To solve the problem, it is necessary to analyze it and take into account both current conditions and risks in the project. A problematic situation is a situation when the activity is not implemented in the previously accepted ways, and the achievement of the result of the activity in the changed conditions is unpredictable (difficult or excluded)

Many people understand close to this; perhaps you do, too.

If the problem is just an obstacle, consciousness has nothing to do with it, but Einstein's words become incomprehensible. Really, why?

You'd think he thought the whole world was a product of consciousness. Then these words would mean that only by changing can something be overcome. The old consciousness “holds” the obstacle created by it.

This understanding is meaningful, but incorrect.

    Let's see more definitions:

THE PROBLEMMA, problems, women (Greek: problema – task) (book). A theoretical or practical question that needs to be resolved, a problem to be investigated

Here it should be noted that the ancient Greek word προβλημα has many meanings. And it can really mean an obstacle or a barrier.

The definition from Ushakov's Explanatory Dictionary (above) actually places this concept in the task class. According to it, the problem is a task and differs from the rest by its relevance.

That is, a problem is a task that either “requires” a solution in itself, or is somehow “subject”to it.

    Right now 🙂

Rather, it is subject to research.

It seems that Ushakov's dictionary carefully used this word, because theoretically the problem can not be solved.

In my opinion, however, this is the key.

In my understanding (and probably Einstein's), problems in the literal sense of the word arise exclusively in the process of research.

    Let me explain:

Let's say that you have encountered an obstacle in your life or activity. You overcome it and move on; you have to put in some effort, but it's not a problem for you.

If an obstacle is not overcome even with great effort, you change the direction of effort, don't you? Also not a problem.

It doesn't work, so you try different methods.

Finally, you are looking for a new way (some people do it “right away”, but this is just their way of living, already familiar — that is, in fact, nothing new).

Before that, it is not so important what exactly you did and what you overcame. A theoretical difficulty or a concrete door.

But when you are really looking for a new way, you have to do research. In particular, by analyzing their actions.

By rechecking, criticizing, or revising it… then, based on all your knowledge and using the sources of information available to you, as well as the help of (possibly) other smart people, you construct a new way to act. And check it out.

I hope this isn't a problem for you either 🙂

But if your research has not led to a solution, and a practical or theoretical “obstacle” has not been overcome, then yes.

Then there really is a problem.

Which, as you can easily see, is generated by consciousness and is located in it.

The word “problem” means the urgent need for new knowledge that cannot be extracted within the framework of old concepts or theories.

Does this mean that it is the consciousness that needs to be changed?

For example, Lorentz transformations can be derived not only without changing one's consciousness, but also without deviating from “classical physics”.

The problem is that these transformations do not become knowledge by themselves. Without ideas about the relativity of space and time and their unity, these transformations do not really mean anything, although they can be used (just as the Copernican system was once used in geocentric — like everything circles around the Earth, but for calculations it is convenient to assume that first around the Sun).

    Or:

There is no God, but sometimes it is more convenient to think that there is one

    Or:

everything happens by the will of Allah, but the dishes should be washed by yourself

Or, to return to our discussion and my explanation — often a new method is first created as a tool. However, then you have to get used to this tool.

That is, a problem does not mean a problem that is fundamentally unsolvable by the “old consciousness”. On the contrary, awareness of the problem (formulation, statement) helps to solve a specific problem.

In a new way or with a new tool.

Einstein exaggerated a bit. The hyperbole is called.

Rather, the problem shows consciousness the path of development. It's not accidental. One problem was solved, but there is still a whole class ahead.

    I'm not predicting, I'm stating a fact 🙂

  3. That's one of the problems. You hate the person who has hurt you so much. After a while, it becomes your center of the universe, then the entire universe, filling your entire inner space. A little more and you will drown in this swamp. But then after chatting with your friends. after watching a good movie, you look at the problem from a high angle. In the big universe, this problem is just a small dot in the middle of a huge dancing World. And the sun shines and warms again, and the air easily enters the lungs. Conclusion: it is impossible to solve the problem while in it. Being in a problem, you become one continuous problem.

  4. This is the same as “you can't enter the same river twice”. If you understand this saying, you understand what Einstein said. Every moment everything changes and we look at things with different eyes.

  5. What Einstein said, he said it for himself and it is useless to unravel his statement. He was neither a prophet nor a wise man, and he could say anything that came into his head. I know one thing: if you want to get rid of a problem, remove the word “problem” from your vocabulary and it will disappear by itself. With respect.

  6. He was referring to the so-called unsolvable problems. Such problems are unsolvable for the consciousness in which they were formulated. The only possible way to solve them, or, let's just say, get a chance to solve them , is to radically change your worldview. When I was little, I was very surprised: how is it that the moon always follows me around the city, and when you go by metro-as if it knows the destination and when I go to the surface – immediately meets me. Can you imagine what problems I would face in the face of the same surprised kid?

  7. The worldview does not cover all aspects of the subject. We don't see the true properties of the item. I'm talking about consciousness. You can imagine it as a vision of the subject. We see in a narrow band of the spectrum. And we evaluate what this spectrum gives us.When we see a part, we only solve problems in the part we know. You can talk about the sphere of Aristotle, it only clings to a part of the subject that continues beyond the sphere of Aristotle, personal perception. Here we thought that the Earth was flat, then it was in the center of the system, now it revolves around the Sun.As the sphere expands, we see more precisely the object. But I'm sure we don't know everything yet!

  8. Einstein meant that the problem generated by consciousness will remain unsolved because the consciousness that determines whether the problem “should be “or
” should not be “has already determined that the problem”should be”!Well, why solve the same problem, precisely with this consciousness, which created this problem specifically for an object with a different consciousness to solve!? I believe that the mission of the consciousness that created the problem simply
ends there…. The baton for the solution is passed, in this case, to an object with a different consciousness…So
thus, all of the above means that
any problem created from one angle(consciousness)has a chance to be resolved in addition, and

    from
several more angles… Happy New Year
    Happy New Year to all!!!

  9. Consciousness is responsible for the algorithm of thinking. With the same consciousness, the algorithm will be the same, which will lead to the same result (the same problem). The solution can be found by following along another chain of thoughts, but this consciousness is not capable of this.

Example: the owner of a profitable business who started this business from scratch, working as the first worker himself, as the business grows, faces the need to give up trying to “be a gag everywhere” because his time is no longer physically enough to keep up everywhere. However, over the years of growth, he has become accustomed to doing this and sees no way out of the current problem. They can quit this type of business and start another one, but they will definitely face the same problem when the new business grows.

The solution is to create a layer of management personnel and transfer their functions to them. At this stage, a businessman should change his mind and understand that he should not control everything personally everywhere, should not jump over his own managers, communicating directly with employees, should standardize and streamline his activities and production processes, move away from the “group of friends in a startup” paradigm and come to corporate ethics. This will be another consciousness that will help him solve the problem and grow further

  10. This means that the solution to a truly serious problem is impossible without seeing it from a completely different angle, from which you have never looked at it before. For example, Einstein, in the process of explaining the photoelectric effect, needed to change his consciousness by assuming that light is BOTH a wave and a stream of particles (quanta).

  11. As I see it. Any word for you can become the birth point (the so-called Big Bang) of a new universe from other words for your idea and consciousness. An image similar to a tornado. The tornado has a “devil's eye” – a fixed point at the beginning of the tornado from which and around which it rotates and unwinds. In the same way, any word in your mind can become this “eye” for you and receive a response in your consciousness. And the consciousness will be different…something like that…confused I see…but it's hard to put it into words…you need to see and feel…like a picture

  12. Another version of this quote: “You will never be able to solve a problem if you keep the same mindset and approach that led you to this problem.” In other words, to solve the problem, you need to change the approach to assessing this situation. Change your mindset. Think differently from what those who created this problem thought. Try to look at the situation from the outside and from a different angle.
