There are no big problems from walking barefoot. I will say more, even useful. On the feet there are many reflex zones associated with internal organs. Walking barefoot is a massage of the feet/reflex zones. As for cooling, if you do not walk on snow and ice for days, then when walking at room temperature, nothing terrible happens(there is even a COLD TREATMENT from minus 40 to 130 somewhere and our room conditions +20 — +23 resort). One BUT! for hygienic reasons, it makes sense to wear socks and slippers
