Because it's easy to be misanthropic. It's easy to have no patience for other people's mistakes. It is easy not to understand the depth of human actions. This is cowardice-not having the courage to interact with society. Don't try to understand. Sit in a corner and hate everyone. Difficult to do/think about/sympathize. Find the strength to tolerate human shortcomings. Loving people is hard. It's especially hard to love them when you understand what they really are.
