Emotions and feelings are constructs that no one has seen in the third person and that are used to explain the observed behavior (for example, “I say I love because I feel love,” “His pulse is racing because he's annoyed.”) Is there one unobservable phenomenon without the other? Yes, of course they can exist separately, or they can both not exist.
No, these are two sides of the same coin.
Feelings are the incoming flow, emotions are the outgoing flow of relationships.
If someone feels something (feels emotions) towards you, then you may (or may not) feel it.
But the attitude towards you is already expressed, and you are a member of it 🙂
Emotions are the outward expression of feelings. We all have very different feelings, but we don't always show them. So yes, feelings do exist, and they always do.
