  1. From any depression, the best way out is sports, even from a problem like yours! Jogging, fitness bodybuilding…this is at your discretion, but it is much more effective than alcohol and “self-flagellation” lying on the couch.

  2. RUSLAN, you ask “what should I do?”. What makes you think you're not doing anything?´┐ŻA week on a diet, gone into apathy, experiencing no interest, just lie down, sleep and do not want anything, trying to get drunk, communicate with friends and have fun. This is a lot of activities that are quite logical after parting with a girl! Everything passes, and this too will pass.
