Moreover, characteristically, it is characterized by an inverse correlation with the judgment of an outsider, or, let's say, a public one, regarding this issue.

  2. To live happily and wake up with a smile on your face, you need to live “here and now”. The day has already come-live now, why postpone it until tomorrow?

    It is scientifically proven that the main triggers of depression are thoughts about the past or worries about future events that have not yet occurred. A person burdens himself with a negative cycle of thoughts, instead of enjoying the present.

    If you live right “here and now”, then tomorrow you will not regret the lost moment.
