It's simple, the people you talk to will often emphasize what you're really good at. That is, what you do most often alone or in a company, for example: you are a great cook, you already know this, but you are only convinced of this when you are told about it by those people who have tried the food that you have prepared. And so it is in absolutely everything: humor, driving, snowboarding, and so on.
No matter how trite it may sound, but you need to try yourself in everything. Until you try it, you won't know what you're good at. I envy people who know what they're good at.
