I will not take the responsibility to say that I “know myself”, because it sounds, firstly, pompous, and secondly – very vague. Under such a general formulation, each person understands something different.
However, I can say that over the years I get to know myself and deal with my emotions better and better. I have much more inner peace and balance now than I did 10 years ago. This is due to the acquisition of life experience, and with a change in the environment.
For me personally, the rejection of religion and awareness of the materiality of the world works well. I try to be guided by logic in everything, I live in accordance with my own moral standards, I try to behave in such a way that I am not ashamed to look back. I appreciate your kindness, respect, and understanding. All this helps the inner peace.
