  1. There are a lot of techniques, and the choice of specific ones depends, among other things, on whether we are talking about a person who will go to the stage or to the podium tomorrow, or about someone who will go to the stage in five minutes…

One of the best ways to work is to remember the experience of a successful performance (everyone had one, even if it was a rhyme at the age of eight on a stool in front of their parents), and recreate the atmosphere of that moment, right down to the sounds and smells.

If there are problems with this, you can imagine a person who is well-known and comfortable for you in communication, only for whom you will perform – imagine him sitting in the last row and appeal only to him. Or put it there, if possible )

Even a banal attempt to breathe slowly and deeply, thinking only about the breath (up to ten deep slow breaths)relieves tension-precisely because you can't simultaneously be afraid and think about the breath )

  2. Before the performance, a person has a release of hormones, they are the ones who make you worry. Hormones can be burned on large muscles, i.e. before the performance it is useful to wave your hands, squat, do bends and twists.

  3. One person said that the person performing is not a star at the time when he is performing. He is the waiter who has to lift his words carefully on the saucer. The speaker should say to himself in the direction of the audience “I'm performing for you”, exhale and come out with a smile. Once you start, smile in everyone's eyes, and then the performance in two minutes will be much easier. You will forget that there is a large number of people in front of you, just immerse yourself in your goal.
