To be honest, it is usually the opposite problem that haunts you-you feel so unstable that any careless movement or thought tries to “throw” you out of the dream, or return you to unconsciousness.�
I had 2 or 3 such dreams in my life, and always the growing excitement of opening up prospects stopped them ahead of schedule.
Fromlife experience, there are two ways – once a lucid dream, then consciously wake up (not as difficult as it may seem:)), or jump and rob cows to the slow sleep phase, which is 10-20 minutes (but in a dream it may well turn into several hours, remember the movie “Beginning”:))
