To be jealous is to understand in your heart that you are not worthy of your partner and to guess at your disadvantage. Increase your self-esteem,work on yourself, and then the people around your partner will no longer be perceived as rivals
Start trusting? After all, jealousy is a manifestation of your distrust of your partner. If it gives reasons for jealousy-talk, try to understand everything and discuss everything. And if there are no reasons, then there should be no jealousy ( well, sort of))
