  1. Reflection and introspection are two different things. Reflection is an analysis, a rethinking of one's actions. Identify your mistakes and shortcomings and then solve them. Introspection is almost the same, but it is more destructive. You fixate on your shortcomings and constantly experience them.
    I think you should engage in constructive introspection. Write down all your shortcomings and weaknesses and gradually work on them. Set yourself a goal, and gradually go to it. Do something you love, i.e. a hobby. This will distract you from negative thoughts and make you happier. Find those moments that make you withdraw into yourself, and immediately switch to an activity that will distract you. I have such problems myself. But I use this simple method, so far it's more or less not bad. Good luck to you!
