It depends on what you mean by “live a new life”. Personally, my life starts anew after a depressive episode. There is a breakdown and you understand that you need to change something, since this has happened.�
How to do it? Just analyze your condition and try to understand what could have strengthened or weakened this “break”. Accordingly, you understand further in which direction you should move.�
If you just want to change your life, then try to analyze what you are not satisfied with in life; remember what you get positive emotions from; analyze your environment; ask yourself the question “Am I happy with what I have now and who I have become?”.
