There are two cool books about anxiety. These are “Freedom from Anxiety” by Robert Leahy, as well as the book “The Age of Anxiety” by Scott Stossel. The latest book is written by a journalist, true, but through the prism of his experience and treatment for anxiety disorder, as well as there is a cool excursion into the history of anxiety treatment
