Not that smart eyes can be, but an adequate look. Mind is a relative concept. But the adequacy, and as a result the ability to understand and analyze different things, is quite readable in the eyes. This can be seen in the view. Seriously, you can't explain to yourself why or how, but you can see from your eyes whether you are an adequate person or not.
