Start restoring your spoken language small and in the most favorable and safe environment for your audience's self-esteem. Formulate your thoughts out loud for just one person, for example, in a conversation about a movie you've watched. The dialog also develops the ability to listen. When I talk about a safe audience for self-assessment, I mean some positive-minded relative or friend. Or you can record yourself on a voice recorder and listen to it again, then reformulate it – so you can track your progress. �
