  1. Before going to bed, you relax, the current problems recede and there is a unique opportunity to look at the situation as a whole. The conscious mind lets go of the steering wheel a little, and the subconscious mind connects to the information processing process. Blindness and bias disappear, and it becomes possible to look at the problem from a new point of view. What happens to you is actually one of the techniques of spiritual practices. I highly recommend not to dismiss those thoughts in the morning, but to look for a grain of truth in them.
