As the mildest option, I can assume that when you were alive, you saw negativity or indifference from them, and therefore, of course, do not feel strong feelings about their death. Another thing is if, with good relations with them, then this is a manifestation of your temperament on your part, you are simply a cold, emotionless person. Of course, this is not dangerous, just do not get hung up and reproach yourself. There is no point in correcting yourself, live in peace: the dead will not be offended for this, if you have an emotional connection with them, then it is mutual.
If you were not particularly close to these relatives, then it is not surprising that you were not too saddened by their passing. Or you just didn't like them, maybe.
