    First of all, not 228, but 288. 228 is about narcotic substances. Secondly, according to Article 288, the subject of this crime can only be a state or municipal employee who is not an official. That is, it does not apply to an ordinary citizen. Third, the mere attempt to present themselves as a crime is not a crime: it will only be a crime if the rights and legitimate interests of others are significantly violated as a result of the actions of this person.     By itself, an attempt to introduce yourself as an official, such as” Hello girl, do you mind meeting me? <…> I, by the way, work in the Investigative Committee (no) ” – is not a crime. But if you demand a bribe, for example, then this is a different conversation (see Article 159 of the Criminal Code-fraud). If you also use a fake ID card for convincing purposes, then this is also Part 4 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code.
