I have read Babaev V. K. and Vengerov A. B. If the goal of deep scientific study of law is not to work in the future in the field of writing laws or scientific study of law, then both in my opinion are suitable. The second one is written in general succinctly and clearly for me, puts my head and legal thinking well.
